Cinnamon Roll Bites
If you love cinnamon rolls but don't feel like making a full pan, these cinnamon roll bites are a fun alternative. They're soft, buttery, and packed with that classic cinnamon sugar flavor, but in bite-sized pieces that are easy to grab and enjoy.

Method
Mix the flour, sugar, yeast, egg, oil, butter, and milk until a soft dough forms.
Cover and let the dough rest for about 45 minutes.
Once the dough has risen, divide it into 19 small dough balls.
Dip each dough ball into melted butter.
Coat each piece in a mixture of 5 tbsp brown sugar and 1 tbsp cinnamon.
Arrange the dough balls in a buttered baking dish.
Let them rest for another 15 minutes.
With your fingers, gently press down on each dough piece.
Bake at 375°F for 20–25 minutes, or until golden brown.
Drizzle with icing and top with crushed walnuts.
Serve warm.
