Heritage
Nema’s Kitchen is named after Nema Food, my family’s company. Everything here started as a way to show what you could make with it — and the Turkish food I grew up eating never left the menu.

How it started
I started sharing food videos at the end of my sophomore year of college, as a way to help promote my family’s business, Nema Food. That’s where the name comes from. At the time I was just creating recipes using products from our company and sharing the foods I grew up eating at home.
As the videos began reaching more people, my passion for creating recipes grew with them. I started expanding beyond our family products — homemade dinners, desserts, fresh breads, Turkish favorites, everyday meals.
What once started as a way to support our family business has grown into my full-time career.

Made with Nema Food
These recipes call for something from the company that started it all. Each product links out to nemafood.com.
The pepperoni that started it all — it goes on pizza night and into the cheesiest sandwich on this site.
Folded into herbed cream cheese for breakfast, or layered thick into a deli sandwich.
Sliced thin enough to cook in minutes, which is the whole trick to a good cheesesteak.
Layered with pastrami and sharp cheddar on hot garlic bread.
