Method
Whisk together the Greek yogurt, milk, eggs, and honey.
Add the flour, baking powder, vanilla powder, cinnamon, and salt, then mix until smooth.
Fold in the blueberries or strawberries and let the batter rest for a few minutes.
Lightly oil a pan and pour in the batter over medium heat.
Cook the first side for about 2–3 minutes. Once bubbles form on the surface, flip the pancakes.
Cook the other side for 1–2 minutes, or until golden brown.
Top with more fruit and maple syrup.
