Method
Add the cubed beef to a bowl with the salt, black pepper, paprika, cumin, soy sauce, and olive oil. Mix until well coated.
Air fry at 375°F for about 10 minutes, mixing halfway through. Cook until the beef is done to your liking.
In a separate bowl, mash the avocado with the salt, black pepper, and olive oil.
In another bowl, mix the diced tomato and onion with salt and olive oil to taste.
Spread the mashed avocado over each tostada.
Arrange the beef in a circle over the avocado, leaving the center open.
Spoon the tomato and onion mixture into the center.
Finish with your favorite sauce and serve.

Check the beef halfway through cooking and give it a good mix so all sides cook properly.
Avoid overcrowding the air fryer basket. If needed, cook the beef in batches.
Assemble the tostadas just before serving so the shells stay crisp.
