Method
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
Slice the loaf of bread in half lengthwise.
Spread marinara sauce evenly over both sides of the bread.
Top each side with fresh basil, shredded Parmesan cheese, and shredded mozzarella cheese.
Add the Nema Beef Pepperoni to one side of the sandwich.
Bake for about 15 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
Remove from the oven and top the pepperoni side with Caesar salad.
Close the sandwich with the other half of the bread, slice, and serve.
